We and our customers know Elyte Window Cleaning offers a first class exterior cleaning service. In this busy, time consuming world, we also wanted to ensure accessing our services was as straight forward as possible. That is why from initial contact to paying your invoice, our service will be hassle free.
Once the customer has agreed to our service price(s) and our business terms, we then notify the customer of their cleaning date/schedule.
The customer will receive an appointment notification at least one day before the cleaning is due to be carried out. The appointment notification/reminder is sent my sms and/or email.
As soon as the cleaning has been carried out we mark the job as complete on our mobile app. This will automatically generate and send the invoice by email to the customer. An invoice link sent by sms will also automatically be generated and sent to the mobile phone number provided by the customer.
Payment is straight forward too. The customer can find our bank transfer details for online payment at the bottom of the invoice. The invoice will also state the customers next appointment date too. We also provide a direct debit service, making payment even easier.
By ensuring our service is as user friendly as possible, enables our customers to relax and enjoy the clean exterior of their property.
